Caring for our homeowners after the sale is most important to us. At Almega Homes, we have designed a warranty program unlike most. Our program begins with an entire year after move-in on workmanship, two years on systems, and ten years for structural defects. Almega Homes offers this warranty, not as an upgrade or option, rather a necessity we provide with every home.

Almega Homes warranty is backed by the prestigious 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty; 2-10 has been committed to the betterment of the residential warranty industry for over 20 years. Almega Homes is proud of the fact that our high quality workmanship meets the stringent 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty guidelines enabling us to carry the 2-10 name.

Our Customer Care program is leading the way with our attention to service and our dedication to homeownership education. Almega Homes has an intense as well as an unprecedented visitation schedule beginning the moment you purchase your new home.

• 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty and Home Maintenance Orientation This orientation is designed to introduce you to your new home, as well as provide the literature required to understand your warranty. Our Customer Care Representative will offer instruction and education on how to properly care for your new home in an effort to help prevent costly repairs while maintaining the highest possible value.
• We provide an unheard of 1-month initial service appointment.
• A follow-up 3-month service appointment.
• A final 11-month service appointment.
